FAQ'S Do you limit group sizes?
Yes, we do limit numbers to ensure that all visitors can see, hear and enjoy a 5 star experience!
Our capacity on all tours to 20/25 people to give a better experience. Occasionally we may limit these numbers further depending on the content of the tour.
Can I take photos?
Photography/Videography for personal enjoyment is encouraged. Please share on social and tag #RyeHeritage.
We do have a few guidelines we ask all our visitors to follow. Don’t use flash or video lights and tripods are not practical. We ask you don’t share video clips of more than 60 seconds so others can enjoy our tours.
Can I just turn up and pay cash before the tour?
Small groups means tickets are limited so please book in advance to avoid disappointment. You can book on the day if we have availability in the Centre but booking online is always recommended.
What happens if my group number changes?
We assume the number in your group is the number you originally negotiated unless you contact us to make a change.
If the number in your group changes, you must notify us 14 days in advance. If you fail to do this you are liable for the original amount stated.
Sometimes some of your friends/colleagues may ask to join the group at the last minute. Please get them to book online to see if we have the availability requested.
