Description
Weekly Wellbeing Walk - Rye Harbour Wednesday,
Enjoy the outdoors with a gentle walk across Rye Harbour Nature Reserve with our walk leader volunteers, every Wednesday morning. Anyone can join and there's no need to book. The walks end at around 11.30am, usually at the Discovery Centre to give the option for refreshments.
These weekly walks are free, short and friendly and suitable for all abilities. They aim to help both physical and mental wellbeing. They're an opportunity to meet new people and give you a taste of our coastal wildlife through the seasons, as our walk leaders share their knowledge of the birds and the local area.
Location: Meet at the shelter next to the public toilets in Rye Harbour village, TN31 7TT close to the bus turning circle and bus stop. Ideal for coming by bus.
Public Transport: The 313 Stagecoach bus travels from Northiam to Rye train station and on to Rye Harbour village.
